We are a dedicated Executive Search & Human Capital Advisory firm that specializes exclusively in the Asset Management industry. We provide holistic solutions in the fields of executive search, team development and in the development of organizational and corporate cultures.
Balancing organization, structure and processes on one hand and motivation, relationships and the human factor on the other hand is paramount for us. History
Eleway was founded in 2021 by fusion of two leading Asset Management executive search firms: Haas Associates and Volkmann & Cie. Thanks to this combination can we serve the regional and functional needs of our clients even better. Our name «eleway» consists of the two words «elevate» and «way». Our objective is to show ways that literally elevate our clients by means of proactive consultation and our profound know-how.
Team
Christian has worked for more than ten years in Asset Management and has thus gained in-depth know-how in this industry. He was responsible for business development and institutional sales both at Credit Suisse and M&G investments.
Christian is also co-founder of Urban Gurus, a consulting company dedicated to assisting executives in identifying and communicating their purpose clearly.
Christian holds a B.A. in Business Administration, an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and he is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
He also completed the Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.
Stephan has more than 17 years of experience within the financial industry. His last corporate function was with Morningstar, where he served as Head of Sales for Germany and Austria. Before this, he acted as Sales Director for Fidelity, WestLB and UBS.
Building on a firm foundation of how to align talent and business strategy, he helps clients develop tailored solutions, and provides ongoing support, to help them meet their business objectives. Stephan represents Urban Gurus in Germany, whose aim is to assist executives in identifying and communicating their purpose clearly.
Stephan holds an M.A. in Business Administration from Saarland University and he is also a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA). Currently Stephan is completing at the INeKO institute the certification as a systemic coach.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience within the financial search industry. For the last 18 years he has focused on the asset management sector, and in 2010 went on to found Silverbirch Partners, a specialist search firm focused on making placements into both the distribution and fund management areas at a number of firms across Europe.
Michael holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Exeter.
Christina is engaged in executive and business coaching in Switzerland and internationally for more than 20 years. Core topics of her work have been accompanying change processes and career management. Before founding her own company, Choice Executive and Business Coaching, she was a member of the Executive Committee of Sulzer AG, responsible for Group Development.
Christina is also co-founder of Urban Gurus, a consulting company dedicated to assisting executives in identifying and communicating their purpose clearly.
Christina is a business administration graduate, holds an MBA from INSEAD and a M.S. in “Coaching and Consulting for Change” from HEC in Paris.
Erik has worked more than six years in client-facing roles in the financial industry, including Asset Management and the FinTech space.
Prior to joining eleway, he worked at Invesco and was responsible for covering the German Insurance market as well as distribution of Invesco‘s investment solutions across all asset classes.
In his role as Head of Research at eleway, Erik is responsible for market research on trends and movements in the industry with a focus on Private Markets and Digital Assets. He leads our team of research associates and coordinates talent screening for our mandated searches to identify the best potential candidates in the market. Additionally, Erik oversees the firm’s data management and various internal projects.
He holds a B.Sc. in International Finance from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
Jana holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing her master’s degree in International Business (Management, Change & Consultancy) at Maastricht University. She has experience in various HR departments (e.g., BMW AG, DB Cargo) and in Asset Management (Habona Invest).
In her role at Eleway, Jana works on dedicated recruiting projects, helping to identify the most relevant individuals for each project. She also contributes to projects providing focused market insights (e.g., compensation, organizational structures) for business development and project execution purposes.
